The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the data in its possession, at any stage of the data processing process.
The data collected is used in compliance with the current legislation on privacy (GDPR 679/2016). Personal data may be brought to the attention of those authorized to process it and may be communicated to collaborators and/or other subjects with respect to whom communication is necessary for the provision of services, for technical support of IT/telematic services and server conservation.   • – art. 77 – right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

Modifications to the privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, notifying Users on this page. Visitors are therefore invited to consult this page often, keeping as a reference the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to immediately stop using this site and may request the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data.

Children under the age of 14

Our website is aimed at a general public and does not offer any services dedicated to children. Should we become aware of personal data of a minor under the age of 14, provided by him or her without the authorization of the parents or guardian, we will delete such information immediately.

Defense in court

The User’s Personal Data could be used for defense in court by the Owner or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment, from abuses in the use of the same or related services by the User.
